The freelancers can directly accept their online income legally from their respective international employers through this card. This local MasterCard can be used to collect foreign currency, online shopping all over the world where it is accepted, they can save up to 70 percent of the income in dollars
At present, there are approximately six and a half million freelancers in Bangladesh. Five lakh of them work on the basis of monthly income.

Mohammad Arfan Ali, Managing Director Bank Asia, Google Local Guides Community Moderator Sumaiya Zafarin Chowdhury and other peoples were present at the seminar.
Syed Alamaskeebir said, it is possible to become a member of the BASIS only subject to the condition of the freelancer. Freelancing can be an institutionalized form that can contribute to the development of the information technology industry in Bangladesh. The government has been providing various training for startups. Banks are also working in this sector. That means, the market has been creating and growing. Freelancers have been given special training from BASIS.
Bank Asia’s Managing Director Arfan Ali said, pre-paycard has been introduced in the name of an ‘Shadhin’ with the help of BASIS to facilitate the freelancers. Through this card, freelancers can deal in the country from abroad. Outsourcing is now a great career for young people in Bangladesh. Young people’s are earn foreign currency and helping the development of the IT Sector in Bangladesh.
Speakers at the program said that anyone can be freelancer by achieving skill in the specific work. But if you are skilled at work then you should come to this profession.
